I have made a few changes to the server, now using Q2admin 1.17 and made a few changes to the server.cfg. Thanks to Hasben. Hopefully your suggested setting changes work well.

Just to let you know in advance... Q2admin has a "limited rcon" feature where you can give selected powers of admin to others. Don't use it... it crashes the server, as well as, some names with the % in them. It would be a good idea to ban names using a %.

Here's a line you can add to the q2adminban.txt

BAN: NAME LIKE "%" MSG "Unacceptable name - Some names, with the percent symbol, cause server crashes"
