first off - GOD I CANT WAIT FOR THIS MOD!

secondly i saw the screens for the new 'ripper' style weapon currently in the works in IR10, and i knowticed it was nameless.

so how bout "The Eviscriator"

also i was wondering if theres any way to have the blades pass through a player model, spraying out chunks ala mexian chunky salsa style, (could be used to re-decorate a room)

or how bout a alt-fire mode that makes it into a blender

WeVe popped into IRC and mentioned ShockBlade as a name possibility. Wormbo and I mulled it over and out came:

What about Buzzsaw like it was in Quake 2 (never played it) or CUT Ripper like how the Sniper Rifle was named CUT Sniper Rifle? Maybe it could be called the Cutter, Blade Launcher, Razorjack (from Unreal 1), or Cutting Eage.

BTW, I'm good when it comes to idea, but when it comes to names, I'm very poor at it for some reason.

A non cryptic but simple name is nedded for that kind of simple weapon of brute force:

Sounds purdy. We do have blades sticking into players in the current IR, but to be honest, I'm not even sure yet if that's every time, or just sometimes and they go thru player the rest....let me/us get back to you on that.
