Start training with a normal lightsaber, then can earn/work up to a double or dual lightsaber. Also play as different species etc.

Played it since the good old "Jedi Knight zero" (fans know which game I mean

)
The new things they changed really sounded interesting, to make it more non-linear and even let you choose the kind of player character you have (...perfect for the multiplayer part then, once singleplayer is through)
Downloading the E3 trailer right now... cant wait

I think DF2 was especially good because of the aforementioned good/bad force choices that *you* could make.
Shame it was missing from JK.

Im just the opposite DJ, i liked having access to all of the force powers. The thing that annoyed me however was that in single player you got all of them and it was different in the multiplayer version. I might not like them seperate but consistancy is better imho

Sweet
I never did the online JK2 thing, though i played single player all the way through. Was there a way to have custom saber models? Or just a good model but not importable?

Problem was i didnt bother with skill, i just liked running up to bots and hacking them to bits.
Since you are replacing a gamefile i assume the change would work in single player? Hmm....

Ok i got a cool looking one off the internet (dont know your site so i couldnt use yours if you had uploaded it). How do i get it into single player?
I assume there is a setting that determines the skin and saber model in singleplayer, but i have no idea where to find it.

Not a setting. If you place a properly-structured pk3 file in the right folder, it'll replace every sabre-hilt with a custom one.
Alternatively there are numerous mods like Forcemod, Jedimod, Jedimod+, and so on that allow players to choose custom sabre hilts, as well as additional features like using two-sabres, model scaling, RGB sabre colours etc. Forcemod's the best one though. With all of them, the sabre-hilt needs to be compatible to use it.
And wowie. Just realised how old this thread was.

Its no prob. Since i usually play JO singleplayer, i was wondering if there was a way to get it into singleplayer. And i didnt know which file i should be looking for or what config file i should be changing.
