man i cant wait for these...i still remember the ones from the original chaos ut...they were oober cool
maybe well havesomehting similar in the upcoming versions of chaos evo

Turrets are a must for the next big public release. We currently have a turret like object that can target friend or foe. Howeve we wanted to do both the big turrets ala CUT. And smaller turrets found in the Q2 version of Chaos. Right now we are a bit unsure how to balance the two. But yes they will be in the next full public relase.

Turrets do rule. There's just no disputing that.
I love the Quake versions, and the BigBoy in UT. Great stuff.
All I know is that they are going to rock. I have not seen them yet, but I can feel it.
Something sweet this way comes.
