Folks,

we hit a minor snag and had to go for one more respin on the next public version. I upload RC4 of that today. This one should not take us very long to test (in fact we are really only worried about one issue). If all goes well then we can mirror this file and it will be ready to go. Its under 5 mb and its a zip only for now on the upgrade. We will get out a full and umod versions later. This does not have any new weapons or that type of stuff. What it does have is a lot of tweaks that you folks asked for, some bugs that were killed and other tweaks that we though were needed. We also have tweaked the KoTH maps and the KoTH AI so the bots are a bunch better at this game type. Those maps should be out very soon (they are not tied to this release but may just happen to be ready at the same time). If I were betting man then I would be around here this weekend :)

Now for the new stuff. We have the basics of the melee system working. CaptinKewl is helping us with a few of the weapons. He already has a good chunk of the CPP done. The model guys have been working on new models and some melee stuff. The basics for the turret is in, ect. So work is progressing along very nicely....
