Server error

Server crasing with this message - - ERROR: PF_setmode1: NULL I'm not sure what it means, any ideas?

Can you please leave us some more information...
What mods are loaded?
What version of Chaos?
What version of game? Patch level? Is this Quake, UT or UT2003? (Just checking as sometimes people post in the wrong forum)
Can you post more of the error log?

Seems to only have happened that once. Been running well since. I do seem to have trouble banning certain weapons through the configs though. I updated the dll's and that did not seem to make any difference. Maybe a complete reinstall for the server will help? Settings weapon bans to 1 does not make a change at all. I can see the settings config executed in the console but the weapons still show up....
