AWO proposals

For thod of you who Don't know , Awo refers to the Advanced weapon Option Key. This key allows a person to Alter the functionality of certain weapons , for example , when used with the CUTEnhanced Rocketlauncher , it gives you a guiding Laser that allows your rochets to follow your crosshair. However , not all CUT weapons have AWO functions. These suggestions are meant to fill the void.

AWO functions for CUT2 Weapons.

CUTTER
Using the Awo for the Cutter alters the movement of the blade's so that they rotate the opposite direction , giving them a boomerang like quality , they will shoot out about 30 feet, reverse direction by making a wide , but predictable turn , and return to within 6 feet of their original location. The Idea behind this Is being able to nail someone when they dont expect to be nailed , and also , to allow the Ricochet feaure of the Cutter to be somewhat mimmicked on large , outdoormaps suchas Face3 or Plunge.

MuG
A proposed feature of mine a while ago , I think that Awo for The Mug should be A vaccum like effect. The effect would only work in air blast mode , and would allow someone to Suck up just about any projectile (even proxies) and REfill their own ammunition for that projectile type. The vaccum would also allow a person to draw in Players , Ammo boxes , and even suck closer those hard to reach powerups.

ERDW
A Focused , concentrated beam attack , that has the same power as Secondary fire , except , it functions as a constant beam. It Passes through walls , as it should , but uses a Very High Volume of ammo. 3 shots per second , and cannot be interrupted during the shot ( Ie , one shot takes three ammo , and doesnt stop for one second.)

Grenade launcher
Airburst Mode. This sends the Grenade Flying outward, in a straight path , but , instead of Exploding on contact , the GrenadeExplodes 15 feet from the barrel. Thus showering the target with shrapnel , fire ,or poison , in a 20degree cone towards the player. The Result is a wall of More direct Flames/poison/explosion(?) that has greater accurracy than the standard grenades , however, the initial explosion isnt factored into the damage ,(unless you hit someone directly). Scince this grenade is Fired , as opposed to just launched , it has a higher rate of speed than regular grenades , and when it explodes , its contents spread forward at a decent rate of speed as well.

I like the airburst idea as well
Had what I thought was a good idea for the erdw, but after thinking it over, it might not be as good as originally thought

I was thinking about an AWO for the grenade launcher too after playing the unreal1 mission pack. the AWO would change the altfire so that the first click would fire the grenade and the second click would make it explode. :)

I like the Cutter and Grenade ideas, Peppy. The others I'm not so sure about.
