Is the 80x80 limit enforced by the forum or no?
I ask because...
A) I made an avatar, but since its basically an enlarged pixelated image, I don't want to reduce it to 80x80 and lose some of the detail(100x100, click to see)

B)TKATK's(and 1 or 2 others' around here) ava is 150x101 but it just doesn't seem too big in comparison

its not really enforced except in gross abuses, in my experience anyways.

The main concern is just making sure it doesnt break the flow of the thread (for sigs) and doesnt break up the window tiling (for both sigs and avatars)

So... it'd be cool for me to use the one I linked?

80x80 is the forum limit, although it apparently doesn't work. Unless its annoying, the limit won't be enforced... as Jedi said.

Guess I won't be using the animated one then(the thing is more for annoyance value anyway)

well,as your avy is quite small,6 kb while animated,i dont think it would be that annoying

I figured that animated one would bug people, so that's why I went with this outline one
