I'm having a hard time copying the Choas files to my redirect server. I've compressed the files and am attempting to copy, however I'm getting a Access denied. File in use. Error. No, I'm not using the files. It's just the Choas stuff that can't be copied.

BTW, It's UT2K3 version.

Thanks,
Doc

How are you compressing them? And you are sure UT2k3 is not running right?

Or are these the already compressed files that you are trying to copy?

The machine and UT is running allright. I just can't copy the files to my redirect. It gives me access is denied. It's just the Chaos files. All my othe compressed files moved OK. It's the wierdest thing.

So you have the chaos... uz2 files created correct? And they all have a file size yes? Can you copy them to another location on your local computer? and you are sure your FTP account isn't at its quota limit?

The Redirect Server is a web server in my house. It's mine. I don't have a limit. As for copying them to a different location, Yes i can do that. I can't copy those either. I am logged in as Administrator on all machines with the same password. I know it's not a permission issue.

Hmm... that just doesn't sound right...

So you can copy other files over.. what if you zip up the chaos files into one zip file and copy the zip file? Burn it to CD maybe? Something isn't right if its telling you permission denied.

I hear you...
