Chaos weapon only mutator for ut2004

I think that the UT2004 version of Chaos UT(when it is released) should have a mutator for Chaos weapons only. This is to limit the amount of weapon and ammo switching, especially when your in a tense firefight.

ChaosUT2 already has the ability to limit the game to Chaos weapons, in the configuration menu.
