how about when in a dm or ctf a guy is annoying you then you can challenge him to a duel.
similar to the arena fight in jailbreak.
when you challenge someone, it is viewable to all ,and to decline a challenge announces to all, something humiliating.
and how about an option for melee DM when running a chaos melee server.
And an announcer shouting in a quake-like voice "humiliation!" when u get killed by a melee weapon in a deathmatch, to support melee a bit more.
