lol but i think all the people playing chaos counted together is... people on this forum + people on all the other forums + people on servers is ehh ONE
well by looking at the pictures the vortex seemed much more fun... but when i launch the vortex i die too fast... oh well at least i can use my favorite weapon from chaosut1

Wellll...sometimes...only sometimes.... you can try to hook yourself to a rock, with a vortex 30 feet behind you, watch your grapple cable slowly getting stretched more and more, and pray those 10 seconds till the vortex dies are over much faster

it would be great if the grapple releases faster, so you can shoot it again faster.

Thats not how its done.
You grapple to a rock (or anything immobile) and pound the "Grapple Up" button constantly. that can save you from a vortext 2 feet away if done right

I bind the Grapple up function to my scroll wheel to make it easier.
I don't really like scrolling. Pushing the number button is better for me.

Well, probably one of the more challanging gametypes, at least in 03 for chaos is capture the flag Vortex Arena. Have Bots on both sides, trying to get the flag and return it to base is quite challanging, especially in that one map with the boat in the middle, with like grass under it...

No, no, no...
You grapple to a rock, activate the gravbelt and then constantly grapple up.
