CUT2:PR3.0 Runtime Error problem

When I start it from the main start\all programs\Cut2 Evolution\ shortcut I get this runtime error:

So I went into the main UT2004 and tried to start it through community. Heres what I got:
UT2004 Build UT2004_Patch_[2004-05-10_17.18]
OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2603 MHz with 255MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X (6111)
General protection fault!
