how can I get kick to work?

the "kick" function button does absolutely nothing (for me, at least). am I missing something or is it some kind of bug? anyone knows how to fix it?
also, the game seems to remember all settings, but not the melee weapon (it always defaults back to bastard sword)

Kick is bound to a button, as i take you already did.

It only has an effect when someone is right in front of you.. there is no visual effect other than the hit object flying backwards.

alright. is there gonna be a kick animation in some future release or something?

Probably. The only thing is that we can ONLY use this animation in our game types. The reason is this type of animation had to been done so it blends into the pawns other animation. To do this we need to use our own pawn. Not a problem for a custom gametype, but a big NO-NO for a mutator to do.......
