No weapons when running a dedicated server

Everything appears to be correctly installed via the Umod, when I start up my dedicated server with Chaos as the selected mutator no weapons are visible in the game. If I run a listening server on another machine all the weapons are available. What am I doing wrong? I tried to run the server using the Chaos shortcut launch and all runs fine except there are no weapons.

I do have weapons now but only on the Chaos maps, what am I missing?

Sorry about the trouble.
Try adding :
ServerPackages=ChaosUT
ServerPackages=ChaosGames
to the server packages section, in your UT2004.ini, in the UT2004\System folder.
