Map Voting

What parameters are used in the UT Web Admin to allow map voting of Duel and KOTH maps (ie map prefix and abbreviation). Also do I have to add anything to my .ini file. Thanks.
map prefix is KOTH.. gametype is obviously Chaos KOTH, or whatever is in the dropdown for gametypes when you set up mapvote. That *should* work.
Ditto for duel with DUEL and Chaos Duel.
