any suggestions or clan logos are quite welcome (and encouraged) since I'm near out of ideas and want to have more than 25 decals in this one

Dont know if it will work or if you have already tried it... but since UT04 can do animated textures, you might be able to slip in a few of those.

wish I knew how to do that
if you can show me a tut for an animated tex, I'll try and do one.

You can make one texture point to another, that points to another..kind of like an animated gif.
I also thought about trying to use scripted textures which can be dynamically created. Here you can spay up your current health, and stuff

I am currently in testing of the third pack.
Here I make sure that everything works (no stretching)
Then I make screenshots.
If all goes well expect a release tonight.
