Im holding it....the box.......the art is bueatiful.......its got that "just bought" smell still on it...... its here .... in my hands........im going to install it now........if you never hear from me again....youll know why......

its scary but not that great, once you get used to feeling tense the game feels very samey all the way through, and the multiplayer is COMPLETE tripe

everyone knows UT2k4 is the ultimate net game...why try to outdo the perfect(almost)

DOOM3 was never trying to Outdo UT2oo4 in terms of Multiplayer, and I dont honestly see how anyone could ever expectit to do so.It was never Billed as a Multiplayer game.

i didnt expect it to try and outdo UT2k4 in multi,i know its primarily a singleplaya game

And i admit the game does loose the scary feel, but thats only because your so sucked into the action. Its kinda neat how you go from " oh god whats that noise " to , eat my shotgun biznotch! " once you get the soul cube in hell its just classic doom slaughter fest.
Its really an awesome single player experience, and with the multiplayer "mod" for 32 player support, an easily modifiable game ( sopposidly ) and a huge fan base, i see doom multiplayer getting better, i also heard carmack mentioned they might do some official multiplayer updates in some magazine.
