Need help starting LAN game.

Was playing this mod for ut2004 and tried to start a LAN game with some friends of mine. But kept having a problem. For some reason everyone who joined my LAN server would not get any weapons yet i had access to all weapons is there any reason as to why this is happening? Is there some setting i need to change anywhere. Thought maybe it might be that the other comps in the house needed the mod installed also but that didn't work either if anyone can help out with this would very much appreciate it. Thanks

add the lines to youre UT2004.ini from the chaosut readme,server packages
