does chaosut:// work like ut2004:// does?

is there a way to link the chaosut mod switch to autojoining servers? or will the ut2004:// figure it out if you are running a mod server?

well i havent tried it because I formatted my C: partition and the game is on my D:... so i just saved my reg file before formatting and restored the reg, but the registry data for linking ut2004:// to the game is lost, but I know that works for people with fresh installs, wondering if it works for mods too.

as i remember there is a way to get mods to work with ut2004://, but i cant remember what it is off the top of my head. Its been at least 6 months since i saw it so not even sure where to start looking =(
