Can't Start V 3.5~ Sobs

When I attempt to start up the latest version of Chaos, I get the following:

UT2004 Build UT2004_Patch_[2004-07-27_14.28]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1992 MHz with 1023MB RAM
Video: RADEON 9600 SERIES (6467)

Could not spawn a GUI Controller!

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free

Any idea? I've re-installed the mod twice, with the same results.

You need the the latest unnoficial epic patch. Version 3323. Someone else post the link to it.
