Just because you can piece together a working Scorpion replacement doesn't mean you'll be able to summon it ingame
Had myself a gamecrash trying that

I wouldnt read that for into it.
A number of us have small side projects we do for fun still. Kyllian for instance does his xhair packs, and some have other hobbies =). That said, kyll has done some coding here and there in Uscript before, so i wouldnt be surprised if he was messing around with vehicles =p

Yea, I'm working on a vCTF map and I've been hammering on the Scorp code for some interesting results
As for my coding knowledge, I can kinda piece together stuff, but pulling off what Jedi/Jb/etc have done is way over my head(doesnt' mean I can't help figure out stuff)
Oh, and "messing with vehicles" is a bit of an understatement with what I've done

Mostly weapons/health
Tried to make a "off-road" one by slapping HB wheels on it, but that didn't go over to well with 2k4(crashed when the vehicles spawned)
Tried messing with the weapon model, but it didn't work too well either so it's back to default launcher mesh
