Batman Versus Spiderman?

help settle a little dispute of mine. in a fair fight , Batman with all his gadgetry versus Spiderman with all his webslinging angst filled spider powers , who would win?

yea spidey actually has super powers.... you see him fall from buildings and land on his back.. he gets right up.. if batman's gadgets failed him.. he would be bat droppings... literally.

Batman would probably have some mega-plan already formulated in his mind. He'd probably have some sort of Spiderman antidote cannon or something, which he uses to "cure" Spiderman of his powers and render him defenseless!

Batman. No doubt about that.
The dark knight will fight dirty when necessary. Superheros usually don't do that.

True... but spidey doesnt work foranyone..he's (indirectly) killed badguys at age 17, he will kill again

nope, it's just the bat against the spider.
alfred and robin , are , with all respect , out of the picture.
however batman does get the batmobile and batplane , and spiderman gets the black spidey suit.
