ETL: a chaotic weapon idea.

i noticed you guys are still stuck with using the default translocator. and i also notice that you cant play onslaught well with chaos weapons. (cant repair)
SO....
i came up with an idea for you guys to replace the translocator with and add some repairing capabilities to chaos weapons. (so you dont have to use the OLD one,)
ETL: Enhanced TransLocator (or maybe CTL: Chaos TransLocator)
basicly ADDING 2 firing modes to the translocator, while not interfering with its teleporting capabilities at all.
how? best explaned this way:
when the beacon is IN, the altfire does nothing. so add some code so that when the beacon is in the translocator alt fire shoots out the link gun's secondary fire (the beam).
make the trans beacon stick to the first surface it touches. (walls, ceilings people...) can telefrag the person it sticks to. but not vehicles. (make it detonate when it touches a vehicle)
now, recalling the beacon. thats just lame. have the beacon explode! ha! but dont make it do damage, oh no, that would be too easily abused on vehicles. Just make it send em flying a dozen or so feet. Ya, that will piss off that guy who THINKS hes about to score a goal!
so basicly:
primary fire | alt fire
-----------------------------------------------------------
BEACON IN | launches beacon | fires link beam
--------------------------------------------------------------
BEACON OUT | detonate beacon | tele to beacon
so now we have a trans that is in everyway functional BUT can also function as a weapon, AND repair node/vehicles, AND can be used as a mine. (actualy, adding to its transportation abilities) the only possible problem i can think of is how to handle ammo.

OTHER IDEAS
when another player comes in contact with a beacon:
A: you and the person who touched your beacon INSTANTLY SWITCH PLACES!!!
B: since its stuck to the floor, make it stick to them to, thus makeing them imoble for a moment.
C: have it become stuck to their foot.
D: make it detonate (sending em flying)
I also have an idea for a mod base off the chaos weapons.
more on that later.
