Sniping Query

I have a question. Just tell me if the following theory is correct or not, please.

If the weapon hand of a player is set to right, then the weapon camera (the camera through which the player can see where he is shooting, etc.) is placed to the upper left corner of the weapon. Hence, the weapon always flies towards the crosshair even if it appears to be flying out from the lower right corner of the screen. This allows the player to see a projectile flying out from the lower right corner of the screen (like right-handed shooting-from-the-hip) and yet still hit any obstacles which are superimposed by the crosshair. Actually, the weapon hits the lower right of the crosshair, so snipers (when not zooming) need to aim at the upper left of the enemy's head in order to get a headshot.

that is reported to be the case. I moved my xhair to center and then hidden and I noticed that it was a lot easier to hit shock balls. they will miss anything centered in the xhair if you use a left/right xhair and be right on target if canter/hidden is used if the xhair was on taget when the ball was fired and the target does not move after the ball is fired.
