The hoverboard, chaos bike etc.
How d'ya use them?

In ONS, they swap with normal vehicles.

you also can summon it in games that use vehicles (summon chaosut.chaosbike and/or summon chaosut.hoverboard). Also make sure bDontAddChaosVehicles is set to false in your chaosut2.ini file.

the hoverboard can only be summoned in 3.6
