UMOD Problem

I have v3339 and I have the ECE Bonus Pack, just to say thats not the problem. The problem is that i download the file, and i extract the UMOD for Chaos UT2 v3.6 but it wont start up. whats my problem
Somebody please help me because i even tried startinf rom the very start with verison 3.0 and downloadin all teh patches but even the 3.0 UMOD wouldnt start up

) but now wheneva i try to start up the Mod i get this bug report, ive copied it exactly:-
