ok i downloaded it about 4 times on different sites and none of them worked i got the patch and it still didn't work and this is what the error was

Got the Editors Choice Edition (ECE)?

Yeah, looks like you don't have the ECE, it isn't loading the bonus particles.

www.beyondunreal.com ,on the side should be ece pack

install ece
reinstall patch(or else umod install is screwed)

These are the ligns that are causing your problems, and as the others have said You need the ece bonus pack because that is the package that contains the Bonus Particles file.
