first BR map...help meh!!!

i need a bit of help...
i finally figured out how to make a BR map (due to my editor problems ive delayed DM-HuntersMoon for BR-Streets which Doesn’t need any terrian) the current idea is an inner city basket ball court, the way I have it set up rite now…im pretty sure itll look pretty good…
the problem I have is that since the lay out is basically open with now where to hide…I need to restrict the weapons to only the Shield-Gun with out using the Arena Mut, however, this is only an idea, mebbe I could jus add in some extra Assault Rifles…even then…idea would be helpfull

sheild gun only.....oh dear......
the simplest way to limit weapons would be to not include any weapon bases. This way players would spawn only with default weapons - eg assault rifle, sg and melee.
is there no way u can add decor? a simple subracted square looking like a court would be boring to play on. How about if its set in a ruined city? that way u can have collapsed buildings etc to give some cover.

the way im imagining it (key word "imagining") is that the bomb goals are set up to look like basket ball hoops... and i wanted to know how to take away the AR so it wont feel so "exposed" though akimbo assault rifles arnt that damaging...an could be used more strategically (grenade a bomb holder away from the goal) when i get it done (which may be awhile, my week is pretty tied up) ill post some pics...
*edit; i decided to add some physics volumes with increaced grav to assist the bomb makin a goal*

ermmmm.......
i think u should add some cover. btw, shield guns only? that is will make it slightly difficult to attack the ball carrier, as everyone runs the same speed...therefore u could just run and not be caught......

erm...isnt this a bit like deathball?(SG only,shoot at a hard to shoot at spot)
only difference is that the goals are in the air

yeh, i was thinking itd be a good DB map, but i dont know how to make em, i decided to keep the standard load out...just add in some AR for Akimbo... i think the real challenge is going to get the ball into the goal (i blocked the goal off from underneath) i got almost all the meshes in and its looking pretty good. ill post some pics up...every thing is done, but i just need add volumes (lost an lots of grav an blocking) visually, its looking better than ne thing else ive made...gameplay...im not so sure about...

How about having a BR trap-map:
A BR map with only one long corridor, chock full of traps, both modern and ancient (Like Indiana Jones gone wrong). Only available weps: AR, SG and melee. So it wont be a lot of ARing but some of everything (especially KICKING

).

thats accually pretty interesting, cept i suck at movers an traps...(you can still kick with a bomb ball in hand?)
