I have to run all of the maps and weapons through UT2004 and mutators!! you also must ditch the relics spread throughout the level, create more powerful relics, and make sure you start with them... also create a derelic that reverses the effects of the relic you next pickup, but only after you die!! when you die, you had bvefore a normal relic, but if you picked up a derelic before that, when you die you will drop the derelic, but it looks like a normal relic!! so when they pick it up, they get the effects of that relic, but after 2 minutes the relic wears off and they drop it and can't pick it up, so when they pick up another relic, it has the opposite powers of normal, so if vampire for example you will lose health when you shoot people, and if it is regeneration you will slowly lose health, then when you die you will drop a derelic and only one derelic can exist in a map, so it must be very well hidden such as at a redeemer spot... also you need to ditch the normal weapons, and normal vehicles... also you need to include a spray select screen, also for dark maps you should include a flashlight, and/or nightvision or infrared!! you should also make an automatic updater, and an in game camera, you should also add advanced weapon modes to the chaos grenade launcher, like you could include a rpg attachment but would only last for like one minute, also automatically enable the gravity belt, and make it so you can float around and sort of fly in corkscrews and barrel rolls... also the crossbow needs to have a larger damage radius and a much more high tech model, the edrw needs a scope, and the classic dm levels need to be upgraded with new visuals, also in your next release include more official maps, and include a special editor for your game, as well as more mutators to modify the gameplay, you should also consider putting this game on cds and charging 5 dollars for special updates, so you could further develop your mod, as well as allow free open betas ......

Vehicles picking up flag:Wow,peeps are so lazy they cant even hop out to pick up the flag
More vehicles:Have you ever heard about a hoverboard?
Exe:cant read the readme and just add -mod ChaosUT2(iirc) to the shortcut?
No relic spawning and uber relics:Sounds like a good idea...for chaos excessive -_-
Reverse relic:Sounds kinda useless,a relic whichs main use is to annoy a person upon death,vengance seems like that but only does direct damage
Hidden relics:creating new spawn points for every stock and costum map without overwriting them seems very possible,good idea
Ditching normal weps:Normal weps ARE ditched(unless you set it to cycle),normal vehicles are being replaced(cycled),soo its quite good already
Spray selection:you can do that already,in CUT settings
Flashlight:UT has soo many dark maps,stock 0,good costum somewhere about 2,crappy costum 245
Automatic updater:wont even try to comment
Ingame camera:dare i say...WTF?
CGL AWO:AWO detonates all current grenades if i am not mistaken..
Autoenable gravbelt:this should go into the hall of fame(for showing how lazy peeps are nowadays)
Crossbow:More hightech model maybe,larger damage radius...its a friggin Xbow!
ERDW scope:the reason there is no scope is to keep balance,if there was a scope there would be no reason to use the chaos sniper)
Special editor:naah(Try booting up unrealed once in awhile...)
