Another possible use could be using MUG to cover your own power-core in a ice, thereby adding a layer of defence. Sort of like an ice shield. Enemy players would have to break/melt the ice first, before they could start to damage the core.
Howabout the AWO for the mug changes the attacks to - instead of flame/frost thrower to Fire wall and ice wall. A smaller, shorter arc of napalm/nitrotoxin which remains in place. The nitrotoxin, when frozen, could stack up to form walls. So if you threw some on the ground, you could build a tough ice wall by throwing more and more in an arc around you. The napalm could just burn for a while. if either fall on a player, they burn/freeze the player like the MUG

Note the difference between the "Post Reply" and "New Topic" buttons.

You can't post replies in the dev journal section.
I also like Flaggy's idea, though I have a slightly different idea for how to implement it, from an effects point of view.
BTW, there is a possible MUG AWO in discussion, but I won't say anything more about that yet.

I know the difference...
I didn't know you cant post replies in the dev section, but I thought it would be rude to post about a gun in a place where people describe themselves/their families/etc. (I've read every one!)...
No matter...
R.Flagg gave me this idea after talking about how he gets late for work... [*Runs away as fast as possible, hopes and prays no one bans him...]
