You're posting in the wrong forum.... thats what you're doing wrong.
You need the latest patch and the ECE Bonus pack.

Sorry! N00b here. I didn't see anywhere else to post it so....
I have the ECE Bonus Pack and the latest patch. It only does this when switching between levels, and it doesn't do it all the time.

Looks like this happens due to something not being removed correctly when a map changes (scripted textures are used for the names on the tombstones). Can you try it will just the chaosut mut and see if you see the same thing?

When I first installed, I got error messages about ChaosUT not being able to create shortcuts in the start menu. So the problem was arising when using the mutator in UT2k4. Since I posted my problems, I found out how to create a shortcut from one of the other posts and made one. When playing ChaosUT, the maps seem to change fine, but the problem arises again when I use the mutator un UT2k4.

ok thanks for the note. Normally we usally play just Chaos so we dont spend a lot of time playing with our mut in normal UT2k4. We will keep an eye for this. Also can you do me a check, can you run just with the ChaosUT mut and see if it happens? From your log file I saw that you had a few other muts runing at the same time..

Actually, some of us do, and always have.
Not having random crashes on map change though, probably not a Chaos issue.

Her name's Simba. She's a mutt and she's awesome.

Tried just the ChaosUT mutator last night and it seemed to be fine. I'll add the other mutators back one by one and see if I can pinpoint which one makes my machine crap out.
