Chaos Kamikazi Key:

Basic function: Massive self destruction with current weapon or vehicle

Eg:

AR - Kamikazi with Grenades
Claw2;Proxys - Flings proxys all over the place
Bio rifle - Flings bio globs all over the place
Needler - Same as before
RL - Same as UT99 Kamikazi
LG - Sprays lightning all over the place
CGL - sprays poison and napalm everywhere and blinds anyone looking directly at the explosion
Vehicle - Causes the vehicle to explode with an intensity directly proportional to the size of the vehicle

OG - Omnicidal Gun
Kills/destroys all players/vehicles on the map - sorta resets the whole map without reseting the score

Chaos weapon spawn selector:
GUI which allows the user to select which chaos weapons to play with in the game... like the 'Onslaught Weapons' mutator.

Why would every weapon need kami?imo most of thoose do the same as needlers,and thoose that dont are a bit overpowered/unerpowered

Proxy:a bit underpowered if you ask me,proxy's take a few secs to pick up the target
Bio rifle:Pritty much the same
RL:pritty much the same
LG:pritty much the same
CGL:only really intresting one ere
Vehicle:there was something like this in a mut...not sure

OG:Would be a bit overpowered in CTF,but seems a bit too simple
CWSP:Rflagg and some others are completely against it,so NAY
