cannot start chaos UT

I hav unreal tournament Ver. 436 installed. I downloaded n installed bonus pack1 n 4 and then installed chaos UT. But when i start UT, at the mods drop down menu, there are no options. Also when i choose prac match, i dont find chaos options. But I do find chaos options in mutators menu. Using that mutator is no use as it doesnt change the game at all.
Pl help!

What version did you download and can we see the log file as their should be some error message in the log to help. But its been a while since we helped a user with UT...

due to the fact that UT99 aint my field of expertise..ill ask the obvivious question
Did you download the full version or patch,what size was teh zip file?

No offense, but you sure you didn't download ChaosUT2 instead of ChaosUT? Because CUT2 is not for UT99

The version of chaosut is 101. The file is chaosut_v1-1_full.zip. Its size is 38.8 MB

If you downloaded zip you may have installed something wrong. In case you downloaded .umod, it may be borken file, which I don't think it is.
Well, I had similar problems with UT2004, where I installed patches AFTER installing a mod (some other mod, not CUT). Have you patched later? Might help. If it doesn't sorry for taking your time ><

sorry just been so long since we have had to help a UT user. Did you get the umod or the zip. Can you look to see if you see some chaos files are in your System, Textures, Sounds, Maps sub dir?
