Chaotic Dreams

I'm trying to get UMOD files to work and I know whats wrong but I dont really know what to do in order to get this working. I've found instructions here but my problem is that, for me, there is no "Folder Options" tab under view. What should I do in this case?

Are you playing UT2004 or UT99

IF UT2004 then reinstall the patch(and then you are using UT4Mod)
IF UT99 make sure the game was properly installed,as thats the main reason why this could go poof(UMod)
