ok i have tried with 4 of my friends's game + mine norm cd and dvd version , and the whole thing loads up fine except 4 the end, when it tells me all is good and to hit play ,i do, well then it loads up rele slow , i never even get to the 1st screen and it gives me that error. ive gone to a few forums 1 said the prob was SP2 others say its driver probs, idk wtf the prob is, if anyone can help get ut to work it will b greatly appreciated. :?:

Sorry for your trouble, can we see your chaosut2.log file to see what the cause of this crash was?

look in your ut2004\chaout2\system folder for a file called chaosut2.log, cut and paste the contents here. Ty.

i'm not seeing a chaosut2.log file

sorry for your trouble. You did not find ut2004\chaosut2\system\chaosut2.log file? Did you find any log file in the ut2004\chaosut2\system folder???

Looking at the error it's quite simple they
don't have the bonuspacks I guess.
CUT gives this error message if the CBP vol 1 and 2 are not installed
aditionally you also need the ECE pack. that should fix it as I had the same problem..

Becouse of this CUT never actually boots so does not get the chance to create a log file.. :wink:

a little note incase youre one of the Bandwitch handicapped,cbp are purely optional....and HUGE! :o
