Sony screws up

So here's what happened:
I fill out the registration info for Sony Demo and Network CDs. Cause of some error I got to RE-FILL all the info! And that's alot of info, belive me!
Fine, it happens.
So, I wait. A week. Nothing. 2 weeks. Nothing. 3 weeks. Nothing. At 4th week I had enough so I decided to email Sony. Was that helpful? Yea, sure. After 8 emails a breakthru - They told me who to email! Then after another couple of emails I got CDs after 2 MONTHS!!!
So, all thrilled up on playing PS2 games online I unrap the package CDs came in. I find a Demo CD in and a silver Network "CD" (it looked like a CD). I insert the Demo CD into my PS2 slim and then go to check out the Network one. Guess what - It was a cardboard CD-shaped message, that there aint no network support for Slovenia. I ordered the demo and network CDs just so I could play over the net!
On top of that Slovenia is next to Austria, I could have easily used Austria Central Servers. On top of THAT Sony probably hasn't figured, that Slovenia is in EEC, yet.

Here's what I'm gonna do:
I'm gonna email them, thank them for the CD and tell them that I'm moving to xBox 'cause of PS2's bad support, unless they send me the network CD. And I'm gonna mention all the stuff above. I know, that they probably don't care if 1 user's got some problems and moves to xBox, but hopefully, it'll give them something to think about.

That's why INDIA RULZ!!! No dependancy on Sony, pony... almost everything is local... Murlinathan Ramakrishnan's CDs!!! No jus kidding. The good local CD manufacturers include Moser Baer!!! 8O Weird, but true...

Oh, and Microsoft rulz too...
