My grapple hook dosent work becuase i dont know how to toggle a key for it to work. Can somebody help me

it should be in your settingd>input>configure keys>chaos

hmmm chances are its not loading something correctly, can you post your chaosut2.log file (found in the ut2004\chaosut2\system)

No that looks like the ut2004.log

look for the chaosut2.log found in the chaosut2\system dir.

Sometimes it's helpful to ask even more obvious questions. For example...,

When you say "nope there not its just blank", do you mean that you see the listing of Chaos keys in your GUI, but there's no keys assigned to them?

If so, just click on the blank spot, then hit the key you want.

If that's not what you meant, and you really don't have any Chaos keybinds listed there at all, then...,

Did you download the mod directly from a game server?

If so, then I don't think you get all the neat GUI stuff, and you'll have to either install the mod manually (then the keybinds and stuff show up), OR you can just manually bind all your stuff. For example, if you are in-game, and want to bind a key for grapple, just bring down the console ( usually that's your tilde key ~ ), and type in

set input v mutate Hook

and you'll be able to use the grappling hook by hitting the v key (or of course you can change that to any key you want).

for future reference how would you do that on your numberpad? like I have gravbelt binded to 1 on my number pad

Try

set input NumPad7 mutate Hook

or some other numpad number of course.

Those are images of new version that's coming out. It's not public yet. I'll quote Jb (I think it was him) from 4-5 weeks ago: "It'll be avaiable in about a week or two."
