Can a person just get the vortext by itself? 
I have some skins they are called Chaos they came with a Chaos pack that I down loaded, here are some names that came with it Lady Karsalim Ice Queen, Lady Luna Goth Faye AngeliQue. I got it of the site Chaotic Dreams

er.. write normal please.
and no you cant have just vortex, you have to download the whole thing, they don't split it up.

I have heard a crazy rumor that the next version of chaos will be fully configerable. I cant reviel my sources, but i hear you will be able to configure whatever weapons you want, and what ever vehicles you want in a set up menu.
Keep in mind that this is just a rumor
Also, I am kinda confused on what you mean about the skins???
