I can't help you find Q2 the game. Chaos DM is just a download you can install after you have the game and you don't need to buy it.

If you want to play Q2 Chaos your going to need Q2.

As for buying Q2 Chaos, I beleive it was part of a Q2 Extremeties add-on pack.

Actually you can download the Q2 demo...download the last patch and then play on-line or other mods like Chaos with it

If I recall correctly the jetpack, and the grapple were disabled in the retail version. You're best bet for the mod is to download it from
