!!!THE SOLUTION!!!

Okay, I found out a way around the 'Startup error'
Step 1: Check to see what You're current UT2004 Version is, I WILL NOT ASK YOU TO REINSTALL
Step 2: If it is higher than patch 3355 IT WILL NOT WORK.
Step 3: Download both 3355 AND 3369 (Or whatevers higher)
Step 4: To play Chaos UT Install Patch 3355, Then Install CHAOS UT FULL
Step 5: Play, If problems Proceed, You did Something wrong.
Step 6: If it Works, You have beaten the hardest Problems on these forums.
