Major 3.7 BUG.. an perhaps regression

Hi guys.. i know i know.. long time no see..
Well i just got 3.7 and no more than 1 min into it I found this bug. I searched for it and havent seen it mentioned yet.. but
If you are playing DUEL on someone's listen server. You are forced to have the same weapon, as the host player chooses.

Yea its a known bug that I dont have a good handle on yet.. Just for kick fun and gigles...does is the spray the same or can that be different on a listen server? I only ask as they are supposed to be using the same method so what breaks one should break the other...however thought that the spray's work so maybe...

MassChaos and I just confirmed this, but it was only the weapon, he was not stuck with the spray I chose.
And I added it (or readded it) to the bug list.
