Chaotic Dreams

Ok, the reason I'm here is this thread at the Epic forums.
I'm trying to support all the Chaos UT gametypes and notable game features (e.g. special pickups, super weapons, etc.) in my IRC reporter mutator Wormbot.

I've already mapped the chaos versions of DM, TDM, CTF and DDOM to their UT counterparts. I take it Chaos Hyper CTF could be mapped to the UT ICTF configuration set. What other gametypes do I need to add? KotH, Team KotH, Duel. Any others?

Pickups. I already mentioned these pickups in Wormbot: GravBelt, Jumpboots, Gravity Vortex, Relics of Protection, Strength, Regeneration, Speed, Vampirism and Vengeance. What other super weapons or special pickups should be added? (These are for pickup messages ands possibly locations in kill messages.)

Well, thank you Wormbo, that certainly sounds cool.

Though I have to profess my ignorance... I've never actually seen one in action. Not sure what to suggest for features/improvements.

Edit: Just wondering, does it/can it report in CCTF when WarmUp ends and actual match has begun?

Hmm, warmup is not yet supported.

I just remembered there's also this Horde Hunters gametype. Quite chaotic stuff IMHO. Oh, and I have to add the turret launcher pickup. Anything else I may have forgotten?

Are these next thoughts getting too much into a 'play by play' announcer type thing? I mean, does it report on game situations sorta, or just more like who's killed who and who's picked up what?

For example, what about CCTF specifc stuff like;

"Pepito has his own flag" and "Pepito has enemy flag"

or maybe stuff like:

"Pepito Kamikaze'd with 3 victims" and "Pepito wasted a Kamikaze"

or maybe

"Pepito took out 3 of his own teammates with a careless Vortex"

Not sure if those are the sort of thing you're looking for or not.

The reporter already has support for 4 team CTF, including carrying the own flag. Something like kamikaze kills and taking out teammates with the vortex might be a good idea for when kill messages are not fully enabled.
