Crossbow with Scope option?

I'm not asking for a scoped crossbow to be default, but I would like for there to be an option for it.
If crossbow scope where enabled, the primary fire would function as the current secondary fire, charge up, or multi-load, and a regular shot would be fired with a quick tap upon release of the button. Secondary fire would operate the scope, similar in function to the sniper rifle, or crossbow of Chaos UT99.
Anyone who agrees, please let it be known.
In my post a few years back, it was argued this would be of little use as the arrows had trajectory dropping, rather than straight flight. Well, now they fly straight, and I must say, I so miss sniping someone with something as slow-moving as an arrow. That, and I'm re-making a KOTH UT99 map in 04 in which the player only got 2 weapons, the zooming crossbow, and another, more powerful weapon depending on where they spawned (and spawn points were unreachable by others). The only ammo pickups in the map were arrows. (oh, and a super weapon in the center of the "hill") Those far from the hill could snipe, those in the hill were CQB.
