Chaotic Dreams

Are regular forumites allowed to comment on and ask questions about a developer's activities on the Developer's Journals themselves? For instance, I was rather curious as to why catalyst was stringing together pieces of meat into a rope. A weird, creepy, grappling hook, perhaps?

I've never been really clear on this since the creation of the journals, but since nobody's done it, I've assumed it wasn't the case.

Curiosity killed the cat... but don't worry, we're not using the cat for the rope. Comments can be posted in the general forum. The journals are read-only to normal people.
