Help me please, tech issuses with ammo probs with Vers 1.1

Well i just got back in the Ut world and im a huge die hard fan of UT 99. Well as you can tell im haveing problems with the crossbow, sniper, and all the other weapons that over lap the orginals. I redownloaded like 5 versions of Cut and im just confused.....please and thank you for any help you can give.
