im pretty sure most of you know I am part of the Jailbreak beta squad, and since we're currently waiting for JB2003 to get into a testing phase, I was wondering if I might be able to help you guys out with the beta testing, since i have some bug-hunting experience. I kind of doubt it because of the more closed team archetcture with you guys, but the offer is on the table, id be happy to helpy you guys out (and help ensure jailbreak compatibility when the time comes )

I think I've got enough for now, but you are now at the top of a very short list should that situation change.

in just a bit of further justification, I can help to find things that might cause problems JB 2k3 (as soon as mych finishes the code enough so we can start mapping and testing it). as you have observed, my two fave mods are chaos and JB, and when brought together... mmmm tasty.... its my fave way to play UT and i want to make sure they work together smoothly in 2k3 :p

I'm still out there, if your'e interested I have an internal release of jailbreak now, and so if it meant anything to any of you I could help ensure compatibility for me the only thing better than jailbreak is chaos jailbreak :p

How's the JailBreak mod coming?

its in alpha stage, we have the fourth version out now. all the gameplay is there, we just need the maps, and the features. we got the jails we got the switches we got the bot support i'm working on a map with it as well.

I can leak out a little interesting design info to you :
I can tell you taht JB2k3 is being designed with an open-ended mutator interface. mutators written specifically for jailbreak will only show up when jailbreak is selected, and mutators will be able to easily get told of jailbreak events (like a capture, release, etc.) It will also serve to improve compatiblity with other stuff. I dont know exactly how it works, since i'm no coder but you can visit the JDN (I think therse a link on our site). So if anyone wants to write a mutator for fun as well... theres your info :p
Also, I've joined the NaliCity staff. My goal is to contribute something beyond map comments to the site. Ill be posting some news, so if you release map screens or whatnot, I'll post them on NC
