Chaotic Dreams

I am looking for a grapple hook modification for UT2K4 that works somewhat or exacally like Q2ExpertCTF - I have just recently gotten into UT2K4 , and noticed Chaotic Dreams has such an item, but what I would appriciate is some help in finding a stand alone grapple hook, that will not modify my game...
