when you hold down the Cutter secondary fire, the animation twitches back to horizontal when it tries to reload, and then twitches back again for firing.

hey how bout a makeover for the assault rifle??

i mean look at Unreal II's assault rifle, now that kick some major butt. Im talking about maybe a diff sound to the firing maybe a diff skin maybe tweak dmg or firing rate ya know.
