you can always just "drop anchor" (grapple into whatever ground is at your feet) and repeatedly hit the grapple up key. The vortex Does affect you somewhat , but if your fast enough on the key, you'll never move more than a foot from your original position. One thing you can do is hide yo...

Nope, what is the name of your server?

I loaded it using the zip file. It works good. Everything works good on my hosted server too.

PS I don't like the UMOD, sometimes it messes up.

with a high level a ut2k3rpg player can solo up to wave 15 in some maps using the default monsters without too much difficulty :D Cool, check my server out after I get it all tweaked, probaly by tomorrow. Just too weak for my enhanced monsters and I don't want to run the standard setup on the monsters. Even the ERDW is too weak. I will try out ut2003rpg tonight and see if that helps.

BTW I have my server up and running, my redirect slams it to ya.

Only thing I need now is to be able to pump up the damage, the weapons are too weak.
